To request a replacement:

• Include your order number and clear photos of the issue

• We’ll review your request and arrange a reprint if approved

❌ Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

• Incorrect size selection

• Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

• Delivery delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs

We encourage you to double-check sizing charts and shipping timelines before placing your order.

📦 Lost or Delayed Orders
If your package is lost in transit or significantly delayed, please contact us. We’ll work with the shipping provider and offer support where possible, but we are not liable for carrier delays or delivery errors once an item has shipped.
